Shipping policy

SHIPPING POLICIES:

AllyVolt ships across the continental United States (unfortunately we do not ship to Hawaii & Alaska at this time).  All orders placed online at store.allyvolt.com are processed within 14 business days. You will receive an e-mail notification when your products are shipped. 

 

 RETURN POLICY FOR RETAIL AND ONLINE PURCHASES:

At AllyVolt, we take pride in what we do. If you have received an item you are dissatisfied with, please see our return policy below and email support@allyvolt.com

We do not offer returns or refunds, however we will exchange any product that is damaged or defective at the seller's discretion. No credit will be issued for returned items unless explicitly agreed upon.

Purchases may be exchanged up to 14 days from the purchase date in the original unopened packaging, at the customer's shipping expense.

When shipping an item over $75, consider using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance. AllyVolt does not guarantee that the item will be received.
